• Assist customers in identifying and locating the correct parts for their vehicles
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Process parts orders and maintain accurate inventory records
• Collaborate with the service department to fulfill parts requests

Requirements:

• Prior experience in an automotive parts role preferred
• Strong knowledge of vehicles and their parts
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
