$500 hiring bonus included!

Our team is looking for a dedicated Dishwasher to join us in keeping our kitchen spotless and running smoothly. If you're someone who takes pride in cleanliness and enjoys organizing, this role is for you.

Your main tasks will include using a commercial dishwasher to ensure all our dishes, pots, and pans are clean and sanitized. You'll also be hands-on with rinsing and scrubbing kitchenware, organizing and restocking items carefully, and ensuring our kitchen area is always clean by sweeping and taking out the trash and recycling regularly.

A big part of your role will be to keep our pantry organized and participate in deep cleaning sessions to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness. You'll also help with receiving and organizing kitchen supplies. We value team members who are punctual, responsible, and committed to following safety and quality guidelines.

Compensation

• Hiring Salary Range Posted: set rate listed as $21.00 - $21.00 /hour
• In addition to the salary, this position may be eligible to participate in tasting room tip pools, bonuses and incentive plans, as applicable.
• Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.

What You Will Need:

• Required to be 18 years of age or older.
• Required to be physically capable of executing any job tasks.
• Required to possess the vision necessary to inspect glassware and dishware for smudges, chips, or stains.
• Skilled in reading, comprehending, interpreting and executing simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
• Skilled in writing simple correspondence.
• Skilled in adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing using whole numbers.
• Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this .
• Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this .

What Will Set You Apart:

• High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus restaurant dishwashing experience.
• Possession of a ServeSafe certification.
