• Foster relationships with small to mid-sized companies in the Roanoke, New River Valley and surrounding areas
• Identify and evaluate potential sales opportunities
• Host client meetings
• Cultivate enduring relationships with clients
• Uncover opportunities to upsell and cross-sell
• Collaborate closely with the internal team for seamless onboarding experiences for new clients

To excel in this role, we are seeking candidates with:

• Some previous sales experience, preferably in a service-oriented industry, that has equipped you with the skills to deliver results
• Excellent communication skills and a natural talent for building genuine connections with clients and colleagues
• A proactive, self-starting mindset, coupled with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite and basic experience working with CRM tools
• A valid driver's license
