Job Title: Oracle Demand Management & S&OP (SNOP) Consultant

Location: Remote with Travel

Employment Type: Contract

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Demand Management & S&OP (SNOP) Consultant to support demand planning and Sales & Operations Planning processes using Oracle SCM solutions . The ideal candidate will work closely with business, sales, supply chain, and finance teams to develop accurate demand forecasts and ensure alignment across the S&OP cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, implement, and support Oracle Demand Management solutions (Oracle SCM Cloud / Oracle EBS).
  • Develop and maintain statistical and collaborative demand forecasts within Oracle Demand Management.
  • Lead and support S&OP (SNOP) cycles including demand review, supply review, and executive review.
  • Manage demand planning inputs such as historical sales, promotions, seasonality, and new product introductions (NPI) .
  • Analyze forecast accuracy, bias, and demand variability; recommend corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with Supply Planning, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Finance teams to align demand and supply plans.
  • Support exception management, alerts, and scenario simulations in Oracle planning tools.
  • Prepare S&OP dashboards, KPIs, and executive-level reports.
  • Ensure master data accuracy (items, customers, hierarchies) to support demand planning.
  • Provide production support and continuous improvement for Oracle planning processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Demand Management (Oracle SCM Cloud or Oracle EBS).
  • Proven experience in S&OP / SNOP processes.
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain planning .
  • Experience with Oracle planning modules such as:
    • Oracle Demand Management Cloud
    • Oracle Supply Planning
    • Oracle ASCP / SCP (EBS)
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle SCM Cloud implementation or support experience.
  • Experience with forecast accuracy metrics, bias analysis, and planning KPIs .
  • APICS CPIM / CSCP certification.
  • Experience in manufacturing, retail, or distribution industries.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with S&OP analytics and executive reporting .
  • Exposure to Oracle Fusion Analytics or BI tools .
  • Client-facing or consulting experience.
