Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Okta IAM Developer to enhance and support our Identity & Access Management (IAM) framework using Okta technologies. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Okta-based solutions for authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement IAM solutions using Okta.
Integrate Okta with enterprise applications and directories (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP).
Develop custom SSO and MFA configurations.
Maintain and support Okta workflows, policies, and access rules.
Collaborate with InfoSec, DevOps, and Application teams for IAM compliance.
Troubleshoot authentication issues and perform system tuning.
Automate user provisioning and de-provisioning processes.
Required Skills:
5+ years in IAM, with at least 3 years focused on Okta
Experience with SCIM, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect
Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript, Python preferred)
Strong understanding of user lifecycle management
Experience with API integrations and RESTful services
Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure)
Nice to Have:
Okta Certified Professional/Consultant.
Knowledge of SailPoint, CyberArk, or Ping Identity.
