We are searching for an experienced Administrative & Executive Assistant to work with the Principal in order to support the company through passionate and detailed administration and support, and assisting in the firm's operational efforts. The ideal candidate will have previous administrative & executive experience or marketing experience in a small office, knowledgeable of Microsoft's suite of products and customer service focused.

Duties:
- Perform general clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents - Facilitate and resolve client service requests - Accurately enter data into various systems or databases - Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative assistant role or similar position require - Previous experience in an executive assistant role or similar position require - Meticulous attention to detail and ability to perform tasks with accuracy and efficiency in mind.
- Basic clerical skills including filing, photocopying, and organizing documents - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite,
