Susquehanna OB/GYN and Nurse Midwifery, an Affiliated Practice of Advantia Health LLC, is seeking an OB/GYN physician to join our experienced team of providers!We provide comprehensive care for women through every stage of life - from adolescence and family planning to post-menopausal wellness. Susquehanna OB/GYN also is home to one of Maryland's most established Nurse Midwifery programs. We deliver more babies and offer more birth options than any other practice in the region. Our experienced physicians and nurse midwives provide personalized, family-centered care - recognizing that every woman and every pregnancy is unique.
We are seeking a compassionate, team-oriented physician who prioritizes patient care, delivers exceptional experiences, and stays at the forefront of women's health innovations. Our practice has two convenient locations in Bel Air and Havre de Grace, Maryland.

Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered gynecologic care, emphasizing preventive wellness, screenings, and the expert diagnosis and treatment of women's health conditions
Provide integrated obstetric services, managing prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum care - including performing and overseeing approximately 40–50 deliveries per month
Participate in a balanced call rotation supported by a collaborative team of physicians and advanced practice providers
Mentor a multidisciplinary care group by providing guidance on best practices, protocols, and patient service excellence
Leverage advanced technologies and innovative approaches to elevate clinical quality, efficiency, and the overall patient experience
Stay current with the latest evidence-based practices to bring cutting-edge treatments to patients
Ensure timely, accurate documentation within the EMR to support continuity of care and compliance with legal and professional standards
Qualifications:
Exceptional diagnostic and decision-making skills with the ability to solve complex problems with accuracy
Capacity to demonstrate excellence in communication, both with patients and colleagues
A compassionate, empathetic approach that ensures the highest standard of patient-centered care
Open to both newly trained and experienced OB/GYN physicians
Active Maryland medical license preferred

Annual Compensation Range based on years of experience: $300,000 -$400,000
