Full-Scope OB/GYN physician job opportunity outside of Atlanta.
Looking for an Ob/Gyn Physician to join a single-specialty group in a rapidly growing bedroom community just outside of Atlanta Georgia. About the Practice:
The practice consists of 4 physicians, 3 certi fi ed nurse midwives, and a nurse practitioner.
The senior partner is scaling back and after 35 years is discontinuing obstetrics in the fall of 2025. He will still be continuing to practice Gyn including surgery/urogynecology and can serve as a [surgical] mentor for the incoming physician as needed.
Our group splits call coverage evenly among the physicians doing obstetrics, which will result in a 1 in 4 weekend call schedule. Moreover, call for the physicians is always 2nd call, with the midwives taking 1st call and performing the majority of the uncomplicated vaginal deliveries .
Practice Highlights:
• Mid Sized practice of 4 physicians, 3 certi fi ed nurse midwives, one nurse practitioner. Senior partner transitioning to Gyn and Gyn surgery only in the fall of 2025.
• Annual delivery volume averages ~ 1100 - 1200 deliveries.

• 3 full-day, 2 half days (one of which is a surgery day); Overall, great work/life balance • 3 weeks of vacation time per year
• 1 week CME (can be a 4th week of vacation as long as CME requirements are met (e.g. via online annual maintenance of certification)
• Patient Census: 20-25 /daily per OB/GYN
• Opportunity to become a shareholder/partner
