Tips: Dual Role - Deliver propane to residential, commercial and agriculture accounts. Drive for transport and deliver fuel to retail, commercial and agricultural accounts on a part time basis. Must have CDL-Class A, Hazmat and Tanker endorsements - must be able to drive vehicle with air brakes.
Responsibilities
Work as a dual role driver for the LP Gas division by delivering propane to residential, commercial and agriculture accounts. Would be responsible for loading and unloading of product. Would also work as a part time transport driver, delivering to retail stores (convenience stores), commercial and agricultural accounts. Dual role drivers are required to work weekends, holidays, and also week days. Hours are calculated based on the business need and days off are accommodated within the schedule. Schedules are provided at the 1st of each month. Manage all aspects of safe truck operation according to DOT regulation and Eastern Petroleum Corporation policies and safety protocols. Work closely with dispatch and other team members to optimize delivery routes and schedules. Perform daily vehicle inspections as required. Grasp, life, and handle heavy equipment, as necessary, to ensure safety during both the hooking and dropping of product process.
Qualifications
Required CDL-Class A license with HazMat and Tanker Endorsements. Must have a clean driving required and insurable. Must have or be able to obtain a Medical Examiner's Certificate under the requirement of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations. Driver must be able to walk, bend, push, pull, stoop, squat and climb as necessary.
