What You’ll Do

• Welcome with Heart: Greet every prospective resident with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care, ensuring they feel seen and valued from the moment they walk through the door.
• Lead Inspiring Tours: Showcase thoughtfully designed apartments, scenic lake views, and amenities that elevate everyday living such as fitness centers and community spaces built for connection.
• Stay Informed: Maintain a strong understanding of Sheboygan’s rental market, local attractions, and nearby dining, shopping, and recreation options to position Harbor Estates as the premier choice.
• Support the Team: Collaborate on marketing initiatives, assist with social media content, and help plan resident events that strengthen community bonds.
• Handle the Details: Process applications, manage leasing documentation, and maintain accurate resident records with efficiency and attention to detail.
• Champion Resident Experience: Serve as a friendly, reliable point of contact by answering questions, resolving concerns, and helping residents feel proud to call Harbor Estates home.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• A passion for helping people find a place they love to live
• Experience in leasing, hospitality, customer service, or sales preferred
• Excellent communication skills in person, by phone, and digitally
• Detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy with modern leasing systems
• Positive, energetic, and team-focused with a desire to grow in property management
