Job Title Junior Business Analyst
What does a successful Junior Business Analyst do at Fiserv? You will work with the primary Business Analysts to ensure the completion of projects related to our Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management applications. You will effectively coordinate the efforts of a project team with limited supervision and make sure the project is completed on time and within budget.
What You Will Do - Partner with Senior Business Analyst to document requirements
- Coordinate with development teams to ensure timely completion
- Collaborate across the firm on enhancement requests, impact evaluation, and recommendations based on the overall needs of the organization
What You Will Need To Have - 4+ years of analytical and problem-solving skills
- 4+ years of experience multi-tasking with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience
What Would Be Great To Have - 1+ years' experience in Clarity and/or JIRA and Agile methodologies
- Understanding of portfolio management and governance
- Financial experience in the banking or credit union industries
Salary Range $65,000.00 - $111,600.00
These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey, New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ. It is unlawful to discriminate against a prospective employee due to the individual's status as a veteran.
This position is not eligible for an annual incentive opportunity and is also not eligible to earn commissions.
