Based in Auburn, WA, you’ll:
Diagnose & Repair HVAC Systems: Troubleshoot, service, and repair residential systems with skill and speed.
Lead the Front Lines: Train, mentor, and build up the next generation of techs.
Support Field Operations: Provide in-person and remote troubleshooting support when the heat is on.

Minimum 4+ years of HVAC work experience (required)
Active 068 license (required)
EPA certification (required)
Seattle refrigeration license (preferred)
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Proficiency in HVAC diagnostics and wiring diagrams
Strong leadership and communication skills
Physically capable of HVAC fieldwork
Punctual, professional, and coachable
Must pass a background check and drug screen
