Allied Plumbing, Air & Electric is hiring a HVAC Commercial New Construction Foreman. Job Duties:

• Monitor and coordinate daily tasks, projects, and activities
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to crew members
• Provide appropriate resources, equipment, and supplies for the construction site
• Emphasize the safe and correct use of equipment and machinery
• Ensure adherence with local and state safety and health standards and regulations
• Create and maintain project schedules and establish deadlines
• Develop budgets and ensure projects remain within them
• Identify and resolve problems and mistakes when they arise
• Prepare progress reports and communicate them to managers and supervisors
• Ensure projects have sufficient manpower
• Supervise, coordinate, and evaluate workers
• Ensure workers follow construction plans and blueprints

Experience running projects in the field as a foreman required.
