Job Title: Anesthesiologist

Reports To: Chief of Anesthesiology / Medical Director / Chief Medical Officer (CMO)

Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and board-certified Anesthesiologist to join our surgical and perioperative care team. As a vital member of our clinical staff, the anesthesiologist will be responsible for ensuring the safe and effective delivery of anesthesia during surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures. With steady demand driven by surgical needs across specialties, this role plays a critical part in supporting positive surgical outcomes and patient safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical or diagnostic procedures in compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Evaluate patients preoperatively, including risk assessment and anesthetic planning.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthetics during procedures to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Provide post-anesthesia care, including pain management and monitoring for adverse reactions or complications.
  • Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of procedures and patient responses.
  • Adhere to institutional protocols, regulatory standards, and best practices in anesthesia care.

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.
  • Completion of a residency in Anesthesiology.
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Anesthesiology.
  • Active and unrestricted medical license.
  • Minimum 3 7 years of clinical experience preferred, including in high-acuity or surgical settings.
  • Proficient in general, regional, and local anesthesia techniques.
  • Strong decision-making, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
