Job Description

Urgent requirement for the position of the HR Executive in the company

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
  2. Identify staffing needs and coordinate with hiring managers.
  3. Source candidates through various channels including job portals, referrals, and walk-ins.
  4. Conduct interviews and coordinate selection processes.
  5. Manage on boarding and induction for new hires.
  6. Employee Engagement & Relations:
  7. Foster a positive work environment.
  8. Address employee grievances and ensure employee satisfaction.
  9. Organize engagement activities and team-building programs.
  10. HR Operations & Administration:
  11. Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  12. Manage attendance, leave, and payroll data.
  13. Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  14. Training & Development:
  15. Coordinate training programs for warehouse staff.
  16. Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness.
  17. Performance Management:
  18. Assist in implementing performance appraisal processes.
  19. Support managers in performance reviews.
  20. Compliance & Documentation:
  21. Ensure adherence to safety, health, and legal standards.
  22. Maintain documentation related to HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field.
  2. Proven experience (1+ years) in HR, preferably in retail, logistics, or warehouse operations.
  3. Good understanding of labor laws and compliance.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  6. Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
