Details- Full-time- Day shift (8 hour days)- Opportunities for growth- Full, comprehensive benefits package (PTO, health insurance, life insurance, 401k, etc) Requirements- ASCP certified- Prior lab experience and knowledge ResponsibilitiesHistology Technicians perform specimen accessioning and assist with frozen sections within the Laboratory. This individual performs quantitative, qualitative, and subjective lab procedures by manual and automated methods for inpatient and outpatient specimens across all disciplines of the lab. The Histo Tech I accurately performs quality assurance, calibrations, and quality control processes.
