Position Mission

Working closely with Collegiate Outreach, FOCUS Greek exists to further FOCUS’ commitment to Divine Intimacy, Authentic Friendship, and clarity of vision for Spiritual Multiplication by supporting the intentional outreach of our FOCUS Greek campus missionaries to men and women in the Greek systems on the campuses we serve. As a national department, FOCUS Greek seeks to introduce Jesus Christ and His Church to every fraternity and sorority member on the college campus through strategic planning, coaching, creating dynamic digital and print resources, and by hosting training, conferences, and events for Greek staff and students.

The mission of the FOCUS Greek Specialist is to coach Greek staff, collaborate with area team leadership, manage the planning and execution of conference events, aid in the creation, growth and integration of Greek mission trips into FOCUS’ Formative Enterprises. This position will work collaboratively with many other departments and will report directly to the National Manager of FOCUS Greek. 

Position Responsibilities

• Coaching 12-18 Greek Missionaries
• Regional Director relationship development and communication
• Advise on Greek Missionary placement strategy
• Formative Enterprise engagement and planning for Greek students
• Data and growth analysis for expansion of FOCUS Greek
• Development of training for Greek Missionaries

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience or staff leadership with FOCUS preferred
• Team Director experience preferred
• Undergraduate degree preferred
• Ability to travel 10-15 days per semester incrementally

Compensation & Benefits

For this role, we anticipate paying $57,750 - $70,500/year . (This role is also eligible for bonus pay.) This range is an estimate. The actual amount may be higher or lower than the provided range and will be adjusted based on various factors including qualifications, experience, abilities, geographic location, and duties.

Personal Mission Partner Development (MPD) is one way in which FOCUS invites others to be on mission with us through the gift of their financial support. In this position, the POSITION will be expected to fundraise a minimum of $3,260 per month to support their work with FOCUS. To thrive in serving the mission, the candidate will receive world-class training in this area and ample time to engage in their fundraising efforts.
