Costa Navarino is in Messinia in the southwest Peloponnese, in one of the most unspoiled and breathtaking landscapes in the Mediterranean. It is currently home to four 5-star deluxe hotels, The Romanos, a Luxury Collection Resort and The Westin Resort at Navarino Dunes, W-Costa Navarino at Navarino Waterfront and Mandarin Oriental at Navarino Bay.

In the coming years, more upscale branded hotels will be added to our portfolio, both in Messinia and Athens, including the re-launch of the former Athens Hilton (The Ilisian).

Navarino Dunes Costa Navarino facilities include 766-bedroom units award winning Anazoe Spa, a 4,000m2 spa & thalassotherapy center, four multi-awarded, signature golf courses, over 20 fine dining venues, 5,000 m2 House of Events and a wide range of sports, such as the “Mouratoglou Tennis Center”, Bayern Munich football academy, Navarino Outdoor and many more.

The award-winning Golf Resort, Costa Navarino, offering a world-class golf experience with four golf courses within a radius of 15 km, is seeking for a **Golf Reception Agent (based in Messinia, Greece), **who will be responsible for superior golf guests’ service through Pro Shop’s reception.

Main responsibilities as part of Golf team:

• Manage golf’s reception duties,

• Perform merchandise sales,

• Be up-to-date and provide information on upcoming tournaments and events,

• Maintain the pro shop’s environment neat, clean and in order,

• Accept orders/shipments and stock shelves/racks,

• Advise supervisor of receipt of items and inventory and assist with periodic physical inventories,

• Manage phone-calls professionally,

• Update and maintain automated data management systems and review input for accuracy,

• Perform administrative duties by updating information,

• Handle all documentation responsibly,

• Ensure collection and record receipts of appropriate payment (cash, credit card transactions),

• Handle and record cash and credit card transactions in accordance with department and law procedures,

• Work early mornings, evenings, holidays and/or weekends.

Minimum Qualifications:

• • Speak, write and converse fluently in English, other languages will be an advantage,

• • Valid driver’s License,

• • Previous experience in similar role will be an advantage,

• • For male candidates, having their military service fulfilled will be an advantage.
