Job Overview Andrew General Contractors Inc. is actively seeking a dynamic General Contractor Superintendent to lead commercial construction projects with precision and integrity. You'll engage directly with subcontractors, project managers, inspectors, and clients while upholding a jobsite culture of excellence and accountability.

Key Responsibilities - Direct and manage all on-site construction activities and teams
- Coordinate subcontractor schedules and ensure contract compliance
- Oversee project safety, enforcing OSHA standards and internal policies
- Maintain detailed daily logs and project documentation
- Review project plans, specifications, and subcontracts for potential issues
- Collaborate with the Project Manager on schedule, logistics, and quality control
- Ensure the successful close-out of each project, including punch list execution
- Act as the point of contact for inspections and client communications
- Respond promptly to job-related communication
Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in commercial construction (tenant improvements, medical offices, Class A office buildings, financial institutions, tilt-wall)
- Strong understanding of construction documents and cost analysis
- OSHA 10 required (OSHA 30 and AHCA experience preferred)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Ability to pass the Jessica Lunsford Act background check
- High level of proficiency in reading and understanding construction drawings
