FP&A Analyst - NAV ERP - Rice Lake, WI (hybrid) - $115k
Our client is a rapidly growing startup in the automotive parts space with a fun, family-friendly culture. They are in need of a Senior Financial Analyst to act as a liaison between their finance, IT, and operations departments. This is an excellent opportunity to join a company where you can make an immediate impact, with visibility from the C-level, and move into the Finance Director role within the next 3-5 years.
Your New Job:
* Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
* Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute financial strategies that drive profitability and sustainable growth.
* Analyze financial and operational performance.
* Align cross-functionally with procurement and operations to ensure optimal working capital management, focusing on balancing low cost with sustainable supply
* Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial reports with KPI dashboards.
* Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support strategic decision-making, pricing, and capital investment.
* Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and sales teams to optimize costs and improve margin performance.
* Support system enhancements, process improvements, and cross-company integration initiatives.
Required Skills:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
* 7+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting; leadership experience preferred.
* Strong background in financial modeling, forecasting, and performance analysis, ideally in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
* Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central preferred).
* Excellent analytical and communication skills.
* Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and attention to operational detail.
* Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive process improvements.

* $90-115k base salary depending on experience
