Job Description

Join our Firmwide Financial Control (FFC) team as an Entry-Level Financial Control Analyst and play a key role in driving global financial integrity and transformation. This is an in-office position, offering hands-on experience and exposure to impactful projects across EMEA, North America, and Asia. As a Financial Control Analyst within the Firmwide Financial Control team, you will work closely with line of business controllers, financial control, product control, and external reporting. You will partner with FFC teams globally to support month end, quarter end, and year end activities related to the Firm's balance sheet and income statement. You will perform various balance sheet, revenue, and expense analysis procedures to ensure the integrity of reported financial results and support ad-hoc requests for financial information from teams across the Firm. You will leverage machine learning capabilities to refine and strengthen the balance sheet variance process and engage in projects and ad hoc assignments to mobilize change and automation tools to simplify processes and enhance controls. This role is ideal for recent graduates or candidates with limited professional experience who are eager to start their career in financial control.
