Family Medicine Physician (FP)

A Family Medicine Physician (FP) is needed in High Springs, FL.

High Springs is best known for its cluster of crystal-clear freshwater springs and the Santa Fe River, offering ideal conditions for swimming, snorkeling, diving, tubing, canoeing, and kayaking in 72° water year-round.

This position is with a community-based, nonprofit organization committed to their patients and provides a wide array of services to meet the needs of their community.

Salary and Benefits

• The salary range is based on experience ($215,000+/year)
• Quarterly Incentive Plan – up to $8,000 quarterly
• Annual Incentive Plan – up to $10,000 semi-annually
• Health Insurance – Employer covers 80% (Employee: $32.38-$120.32 biweekly)

Responsibilities

• Monday – Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Few half-day shifts on weekends (8:30 AM – 12:00 PM) – Negotiable
• Outpatient primary care
• Patients of all ages
• On-call – typically only for own patients after LPN triage call service
• Average 18-22 patients per day

Requirements

• Compassionate Care
• New Graduates Will Be Considered
• Clear and Active Physician License in the State of Florida
• MD/DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in the State of Florida
• Family Medicine
