Are you a detail-oriented professional with experience in accounting, HR, and bookkeeping? We're looking for a dedicated Staff Accountant / HR Assistant / Bookkeeper to join our team and play a key role in managing financial and administrative tasks. This is a full-time, on-site position (40-42 hours per week), providing an opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment.

What You'll Do
Process deposits and assist with payroll
Support new employee onboarding and maintain employee records
Prepare offer letters and reconcile medical bills
Manage accounts payable and assist with financial reconciliations
Handle additional accounting and administrative tasks as needed
What We're Looking For
Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and human resources
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
