We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic **Events Assistant** to join our dynamic team in Toledo, OH. This role supports the planning and execution of corporate events, promotional activities, and brand experiences. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in fast-paced environments, and enjoys working behind the scenes to make events run smoothly.
**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the coordination and logistics of on-site and off-site events
- Support the Events Manager in scheduling, venue booking, and vendor communication
- Prepare and track event materials, supplies, and inventory
- Help manage event registration, guest lists, and attendee communications
- Ensure all branding and presentation materials meet company standards
- Monitor event timelines and provide real-time support during live events
- Collect feedback and compile post-event reports
Qualifications **Qualifications**
- Associate’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Bachelor’s preferred)
- 1+ year of experience in event coordination or administrative support
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and adapt quickly under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of event planning tools
- Availability for occasional travel and flexible hours as needed for events
