Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of our client and in-house events. You will work closely with our event managers to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service delivery across all stages of event production.
Responsibilities
Support the coordination and execution of in-person and hybrid events
Assist with venue research, vendor communication, and logistics planning
Prepare event materials, manage inventory, and oversee setup and breakdown
Ensure event timelines and task lists are met efficiently
Communicate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment
Help track event budgets and submit expense reports
Provide onsite support and troubleshoot in real-time during events
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred
Minimum 1 year of experience in event planning, coordination, or related administrative support
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends as needed
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
