Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Events Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of our events and educational experiences. This role plays an essential part in ensuring each event runs smoothly, maintains high standards, and reflects the mission of SkillBridge Academy. The ideal candidate thrives in a structured environment, is adaptable, and demonstrates strong organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities
Assist with event planning, scheduling, and on-site logistical coordination.
Support event setup, registration, materials preparation, and vendor communication.
Maintain accurate documentation related to event operations and timelines.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure event quality and smooth execution.
Monitor event needs during sessions and provide real-time support to attendees and staff.
Contribute to post-event reports and evaluations to improve future events.
