Responsibilities

• Plan and execute events for internal and external purposes
• Keep event plans under budget and on schedule
• Performs everyday administrative functions including phone/e-mail monitoring and prioritization, supply ordering; filing/organizing, etc.
• Domestic and international travel arrangements, prepares itineraries, and processes travel expense reports.
• Maintains calendar and arranges multiple party meetings and telephone/video conference calls.

Skills and qualifications

• BA/BS degree or 6 years experience working for a global company.
• 7 years minimum working in a corporate/C-suite environment
• 5 years experience coordinating/managing events
• MS Suite proficiency
