As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the public face of nonprofit campaigns—representing organizations at live events, fundraisers, and community outreach programs . You’ll engage directly with the public, spark meaningful conversations, and motivate community members to support important causes.
Represent trusted nonprofit organizations at community events, fundraisers, and outreach campaigns
Educate and inform the public about social causes and ways to get involved
Inspire donations, recruit volunteers, and build lasting community support
Foster genuine relationships with community members through authentic engagement
Collaborate with a dedicated, team-oriented staff to meet and exceed campaign goals
