As the Landscaping Enhancement Manager, you will be responsible for leading landscaping enhancement projects, managing a team of landscapers, and utilizing your sales expertise to drive business growth. • Develop and execute comprehensive plans for landscaping enhancement projects, considering client requirements, budget constraints, and environmental factors.
• Oversee the end-to-end execution of landscaping projects, ensuring high-quality results and client satisfaction.
• Utilize your sales experience to identify new business opportunities and generate leads for landscaping projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and proposing tailored landscaping solutions.

• Ensure accurate data entry and reporting within the Aspire system.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in landscaping management, with a focus on enhancements and sales.
• Previous experience using Aspire software for project management and invoicing.
• Strong sales and business development skills.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of plants, horticulture, and landscape design.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Budgeting and financial management experience.
