Job Description

Job Overview :

We are looking for an experienced and innovative eCommerce Product Manager to join our team. The eCommerce Product Manager will lead the development and implementation of our eCommerce platform and drive the growth of our online sales channel. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of eCommerce trends, user experience, and digital marketing strategies. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, manage product roadmaps, and deliver a seamless online shopping experience for our customers.

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Lead the development and implementation of our eCommerce platform, from requirements gathering to launch.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, development, marketing) to define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

  • Identify customer needs and translate them into user stories, wireframes, and functional requirements.

  • Manage the prioritization and execution of product features, working closely with the development team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

  • Analyze user data, conduct A/B tests, and gather customer feedback to improve the user experience and drive conversion rates.

  • Monitor and analyze eCommerce performance metrics, such as site traffic, conversion rates, and average order value, to identify areas for improvement.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the eCommerce space.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute digital marketing strategies that drive traffic, engagement, and sales on the eCommerce platform.

  • Manage relationships with vendors and third-party partners to ensure smooth operations and integrations.

  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices, and apply them to optimize online sales and customer acquisition.

  • Collaborate with the customer support team to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance the overall customer experience.

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of eCommerce professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5 years) as an eCommerce Product Manager or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of eCommerce platforms, technologies, and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of user experience, customer journey, and conversion optimization.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and project management tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Experience with B2B eCommerce is a plus.
  • Fluent English speaking, reading and writing.
