SNI Companies is partnering with a well-respected leader in the construction industry in Springfield who is seeking a Director of Environmental Engineering and Compliance.

The ideal candidate is an engineering professional in the construction space who has experience managing a team and handling multiple projects. Candidates who possess a professional engineers license are highly preferred!

• $150,000 - $200,000 base salary + 20-25% bonus

Key Job Responsibilities

• Oversee a combination of engineering and compliance professionals along with reporting for numerous facilities
• Regularly visit various sites and get acclimated with the organization's procedures and building relationships with site managers
• Manage several department budgets and capital expenditures
• Perform inspections and environmental audits in order to ensure compliance with all agency permits and plans
• Oversee any potential upgrades, maintenance, and repairs to the facilities overseen
