About The Role

We’re seeking a talented Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital strategy and execution for our growing wine portfolio. In this role, you’ll drive brand visibility, build consumer engagement, and support commercial growth by working closely with our distributors, retailers, and on-trade partners nationwide.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a marketing professional who’s passionate about wine, digital innovation, and shaping how consumers discover and enjoy great brands.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that build brand awareness and drive sell-through.
• Partner with distributor and retail networks to create co-branded content and promotional activations.
• Manage social media, email, and website content to tell engaging brand stories.
• Lead paid media campaigns and optimize performance for reach and ROI.
• Support trade marketing and on-premise activations through digital touchpoints.
• Leverage CRM, SEO/SEM, and marketing automation tools to grow and engage audiences.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and present actionable insights to stakeholders.

What You’ll Bring

• 4+ years of digital marketing experience (wine, beverage, or CPG preferred).
• Strong understanding of distributor and retail marketing in the U.S. 3-tier system.
• Proven experience managing digital campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and project management skills.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities.
• Passion for wine, hospitality, and brand building.
