As a Fleet Maintenance Technician , you’ll get hands-on training and experience with Diesel and Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) vehicles while working alongside seasoned professionals who will help you grow your skills.

What You’ll Do:

  • Work under the guidance of shop leadership and senior mechanics to inspect and maintain critical vehicle systems including brakes, engines, emissions, steering, hydraulics, and more.
  • Perform basic preventative maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake service.
  • Participate in training and development programs to advance your technical knowledge and career.
  • Test drive trucks to identify and diagnose performance issues.
  • Assist with DOT, PM, brake, and safety inspections to ensure our fleet remains “road ready” .
  • Keep detailed work orders and manage basic administrative tasks.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace at all times.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1+ years of entry-level experience in vehicle maintenance or a related field.
  • Willingness to learn advanced diagnostic and repair skills .
  • Basic knowledge of hydraulic systems and familiarity with DOT, OSHA, and other regulations.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with team members, customers, and vendors.
  • Computer literacy – experience with diagnostic software is a plus.
  • ASE certifications are a bonus.
