As a Fleet Maintenance Technician , you’ll get hands-on training and experience with Diesel and Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) vehicles while working alongside seasoned professionals who will help you grow your skills.

What You’ll Do:
- Work under the guidance of shop leadership and senior mechanics to inspect and maintain critical vehicle systems including brakes, engines, emissions, steering, hydraulics, and more.
- Perform basic preventative maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake service.
- Participate in training and development programs to advance your technical knowledge and career.
- Test drive trucks to identify and diagnose performance issues.
- Assist with DOT, PM, brake, and safety inspections to ensure our fleet remains “road ready” .
- Keep detailed work orders and manage basic administrative tasks.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace at all times.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ years of entry-level experience in vehicle maintenance or a related field.
- Willingness to learn advanced diagnostic and repair skills .
- Basic knowledge of hydraulic systems and familiarity with DOT, OSHA, and other regulations.
- Ability to communicate clearly with team members, customers, and vendors.
- Computer literacy – experience with diagnostic software is a plus.
- ASE certifications are a bonus.
