Job Description

One of our growing manufacturing clients in Addison IL, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual looking to gain experience in a professional setting.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using Salesforce and SAP
  • Maintain and update customer records with attention to detail
  • Troubleshoot customer concerns and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing clear and effective communication
  • Support additional administrative and customer service-related tasks as needed
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
  • 0-2 years of customer service experience (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and SAP (preferred, but training can be provided)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
