Job Description
As a Concrete Coatings Prep & Installer, you’ll be responsible for the hands-on execution of residential and commercial concrete coatings. Your role will involve surface prep, crack repair, flake broadcast, and applying epoxy or polyaspartic top coats. No two jobs are exactly alike, and every day is active and physical.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform grinding and surface prep using HEPA vacs and industrial grinders.
- Repair cracks and joints using proper filler systems.
- Tape off walls and other surfaces to maintain clean lines.
- Broadcast flakes evenly and consistently.
- Mix and apply epoxy and polyaspartic coatings with precision.
- Maintain a clean job site and organized work van.
- Assist with loading/unloading gear and materials.
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures.
- Represent the Slab House brand with professionalism and respect.
