About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced   Clinical Director (BCBA)  to lead our Durham team. This is a key leadership position that combines clinical oversight with team development and strategic vision. You’ll guide and support a talented group of BCBAs and RBTs, foster a culture of clinical integrity and collaboration, and ensure every child receives care that’s individualized, ethical, and effective.

What You'll Do

• Direct all clinical operations at the Durham clinic, prioritizing quality, consistency, and efficiency
  
• Develop, review, and fine-tune individualized ABA treatment plans grounded in best practices
  
• Provide hands-on guidance, supervision, and coaching to BCBAs and RBTs
  
• Analyze session data to evaluate client progress and adjust interventions as needed
  
• Cultivate strong partnerships with families to ensure alignment of goals and support
  
• Maintain full compliance with BACB standards, HIPAA, and AutismCOE procedures
  
• Collaborate on clinic operations and contribute to broader growth and innovation efforts
  

What You Bring

• Active BCBA certification in good standing (required)
  
• Active LBA license in North Carolina (or eligibility)
  
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  
• Minimum 5 years of ABA experience, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
  
• Proven ability to lead clinical teams with empathy, vision, and professionalism
  
• Strong clinical judgment and a commitment to individualized, ethical care
  
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
