Assist in planning and executing charity fundraising campaigns and community outreach events
Represent nonprofit clients at outreach events, engaging the public with inspiring mission stories
Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, distributing materials, and facilitating donor sign-ups
Maintain accurate records of campaign activities, donor data, and event feedback
Collaborate with your team to meet campaign goals and improve outreach strategies
Support administrative duties including data entry, reporting, and follow-up communications
Genuine passion for social impact and community service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Comfortable working independently and as part of a fast-paced team
Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Customer service, marketing, or volunteer experience is a plus but not required
