Job Description

Bloque Restoration is looking for a high-output Business Development Rep who knows the grind of B2B networking, the pace of the restoration world, and the impact of building strong referral pipelines from scratch. You’ll create opportunities by forging partnerships with plumbers , emergency service pros , and other frontline contractors who encounter property damage first.

What You’ll Do:

• Identify and onboard at least 5 new plumbing partners within your first 90 days.
• Build a consistent network of referral partners in the home services space — especially those tied to water damage and insurance claims.
• Manage your schedule to drive outreach , schedule in-person meetings, attend networking events, and build rapport.
• Track contacts, maintain regular follow-up, and manage your personal partner pipeline like a pro.
• Represent Bloque with professionalism , urgency , and follow-through — always.

What You Bring:

• B2B business development or sales experience , ideally in restoration , plumbing , or insurance claims .
• You’re fluent in the referral process and know how to speak the language of contractors and claim adjusters.
• Extremely organized , self-accountable , and driven by results.
• You love the hunt. Cold calls, warm intros, drop-ins — you do whatever it takes.
• You're high-energy , coachable, and know how to build trust fast.
• A clean, professional presence in the field — you know your image represents the brand.

Compensation & Perks:

• $55,000–$60,000 Base Salary (DOE) with Opportunity for Uncapped Commissions
