As a Buffer, you will play a crucial role in the finishing process of our products, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards. Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain manual grinders, CNC grinders, jig grinders, cylindrical grinders, ID grinders, and OD/ID grinding machines.
• Perform grinding operations to achieve precise dimensions and surface finishes on various materials.
• Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any machining issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while operating machinery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Manual Grinder, CNC Grinder, Jig Grinder, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of cylindrical grinding, ID grinding, and OD/ID grinding machines.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
