Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire

Pay Rate: $28–$32/hour (Contract)

Location: North Austin, TX

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8AM-5Pm

Work Arrangement: Hybrid – onsite 2–3 days per week

Start Date: ASAP

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for a wide range of roles, from entry-level to senior leadership. This role supports hiring across construction, manufacturing, warehouse operations, and corporate functions. The ideal candidate is adaptable, organized, and comfortable recruiting for both lower-level and higher-level positions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for a variety of positions across multiple departments and business functions
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using job boards, social platforms, and other recruiting tools
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
• Create and manage job postings and oversee applicant flow
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Track recruiting metrics and provide updates to leadership
• Participate in hiring events, job fairs, and community recruiting initiatives as needed

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting for both entry-level and higher-level roles
• Proven ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with recruiting tools, job boards, and social media platforms
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Experience recruiting in construction, manufacturing, warehouse, or multi-entity environments
• Experience supporting high-volume hiring initiatives
