Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time
Autism Center of Excellence is actively hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing clinical team in Durham, NC. We have immediate openings and are interviewing now.
This role provides one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in clinic, home, and community-based settings. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
Important Scheduling Note:
For part-time roles, availability from at least 3:00 PM–6:00 PM is required.
Open to Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
RBT certification preferred; paid training available for BTs
Experience working with children preferred (ABA, childcare, education, or related fields)
Reliable availability, including afternoon hours for part-time positions
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in clinic, home, and community settings
Spanish bilingual is a plus, but not required
$18–$21/hr (BT) | $22–$27/hr (RBT)
Paid training and certification support
Ongoing BCBA supervision and clinical mentorship
Consistent scheduling based on availability
