💰 Compensation: $23/hour + tips (commensurate with experience and performance)

Hell’s Kitchen Pickleball Club is seeking an experienced Barista Captain to lead and elevate our coffee and beverage program . This is a leadership role that blends expertise in coffee craft with operational management, training, and team mentorship. • Oversee and execute HKPC’s coffee program , ensuring alignment with the club's high standards and ethos.
• Develop and curate coffee, juice, and smoothie menus , featuring signature items like the "Nutty Date."
• Continuously innovate and expand the beverage program to enhance guest satisfaction and drive sales.

• Source, onboard, and train all barista team members , ensuring a minimum of 60 hours of training for each.
• Manage scheduling and daily operations to maintain seamless service.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to the morning F&B team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

• Oversee inventory control , ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
• Monitor product usage, maximizing sales efficiency while maintaining sustainability practices .
• Participate in daily workflow and improvement meetings with management to enhance operations.

• Ensure every coffee and beverage reflects HKPC’s commitment to excellence and hospitality.
• Continuously evaluate and refine service processes to enhance guest experiences.

✔️ Proven experience leading a barista team or managing a high-volume coffee program.
✔️ Strong background in F&B operations , with expertise in coffee program development .
✔️ Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
✔️ Passion for mentoring and training staff to uphold service excellence.
