Compensation : $20 hourly

Location : Fullerton, CA

Starting Date : December 8th, 2025

Hours : Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday between 2:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. , and Wednesdays from 12:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Job Description:

Apollo is partnering with Fullerton to support their after-school program by providing engaging, hands-on learning experiences that build on the school day. Help create a high-quality environment, support activities, and foster students' academic and social growth. If you're passionate about making a difference, we'd love for you to apply!

As an Apollo Teacher, your responsibilities will be:

• Support classroom activities and weekly lesson plans as needed.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of children enrolled in the program.
• Help maintain routines, follow schedules, and create a positive learning environment.
• Assist students with homework and enrichment activities.
• Bring enthusiasm, patience, and teaching skills to engage and retain students.

The requirements for our teachers are:

• Experience working with school-age children (ages 4–10) in a school or after-school setting.
• Confidence to manage a classroom with support from the Fullerton program team.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with peers and staff.
• Skills to assess and address challenges associated with elementary-aged children.
• Ability to create a fun, caring, and responsive learning environment.
• ASL skills are a plus — premium hourly rates available where applicable.
