Job Description

As an Activities Assistant, you'll be part of a creative team that brings joy and enrichment to guests through daily programs and special events. From organizing games and crafts to planning field trips and holiday celebrations, you'll play a key role in making every day exciting and meaningful. You'll also assist the Activities Director in implementing programs that cater to the needs and interests of guests.

What You'll Do:
Plan and implement engaging activities tailored to guests' interests and abilities.
Assist guests in getting to and from activities and scheduled outings.
Build relationships with guests and their families, encouraging participation and engagement.
Maintain accurate records of attendance and participation in activities.
Support guests by honoring their individual preferences, routines, and needs.
What You'll Bring:
