Restoration Business Developer / Emergency Recovery Account Manager
Location: Preferably Texas or Colorado
Territory: TX, CO, WA, NM, and CA
Compensation: $75,000–$90,000 base + bonuses

About the Role

We’re looking for a Restoration Business Developer to drive growth across multiple markets while strengthening long-term relationships with HOA, CAM, multifamily, and property management clients.
This role combines business development, account management, and insurance restoration expertise — helping communities recover after hail, wind, fire, water, and other property losses.

What You’ll Do

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify, pursue, and close new insurance restoration and construction opportunities.

  • Develop strategic plans to expand market share across a multi-state territory.

  • Generate leads through outreach, storm tracking, networking, and association events.

  • Host presentations, lunch-and-learns, and educational workshops to position the company as the go-to restoration partner.

Account Management

  • Manage and grow existing HOA, CAM, property management, and multifamily accounts.

  • Build strong relationships with Community Association Managers and HOA boards.

  • Guide clients through the insurance claims process while ensuring exceptional service delivery.

  • Maintain CRM data, forecast pipelines, and track opportunities.

Industry & Field Engagement

  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and association meetings (travel 60–75%).

  • Stay ahead of severe weather events using storm-tracking systems to anticipate client needs.

  • Collaborate closely with operations teams to ensure quality, communication, and project profitability.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in disaster restoration, construction, or emergency services.

  • 2+ years in B2B sales, business development, or account management.

  • Strong understanding of insurance claims, reconstruction processes, and restoration workflows.

  • Proven record of exceeding sales targets and driving territory growth.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills.

  • Experience working with HOAs, CAMs, property managers, or multifamily portfolios.

  • Familiarity with Xactimate, Procore, and IICRC certifications (preferred).

  • Knowledge of hail, hurricane, and storm-tracking tools is a plus.
