Join Our Family as a School Van Driver!

Are you a responsible and caring individual with a passion for ensuring the safety and well-being of children? Our small, family-run company is seeking dedicated School Van Drivers to join our team and become an integral part of our close-knit community.

Compensation: Advertised pay listed is for minimal experience. Pay rate may be negotiable, based off of experience, qualifications, work ethic, commitment, and willingness to help out during peak operating seasons.

Responsibilities:

• Safely transport students to and from school on scheduled routes.
• Ensure the safety and comfort of students during their commute.
• Maintain a clean and orderly bus interior.
• Follow all traffic laws and company policies to ensure a safe journey.
• Build positive relationships with students, parents, and school staff.

Qualifications:

• Valid MA 7D School Pupil Transport Certificate or Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Passenger and School Bus endorsements.
• Clean driving record and background check.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and patient in various situations.
• Genuine concern for the safety and well-being of students.
